Is the arcade shipped as a flat pack that requires onsite assembly?

Arcadia's standup arcade units are shipped fully assembled, just plug-in and begin playing.

Can the games library be expanded?

Arcadia units come with a curated set of the most popular classic games. These game libraries can be expanded by the customer using the instruction manual provided by Arcadia Gaming Solutions.

Do you ship across Canada or to international locations?

At this time, we do not. As a new business, we want to focus on the Calgary market initially and provide superior customer support locally before expanding.

Can I have custom art work for my arcade?

Yes, you can! In your order, specify you would like Custom Art and we will work with you to design whatever style you would like. There will be an extra fee for this service, and it may add to the production time.
